28th May: A Pride Day

28th May 1998 a day when ALLAH showered his special blessings on Pakistan. A remarkable noon when the land of Balochistan delighted with pride and the people of Pakistan filled with pleasure as they hear the news that Pakistan finally become a strong country by possessing nuclear powers. The ghost of anxiety, frustration, the dilemma of life and death broke on 28th May 1998, a quiet glittery day of the new victory and new life when Balochistan’s Chagai black and rugged district mountains were looking bright and the sky was echoing with the slogans of Allah o Akbar!!

Pakistan was forced to start its nuclear program soon after nuclear tests by India and then finally a day came – 28th may 1998 when it was able to creat balance of power in the region after successful nuclear test. This news spread around the entire world within few hours that Pakistan became first Islamic nuclear state. This was just not only a pride moment for Pakistani nation but also for the whole Islamic world. Western world gave a mix response at that time. The hero of the Nation “Dr.A.Q khan” with the help of “Dr. Munir” proved that Pakistan has the potential to defend its self and also has achieved the deterrence capability against India. 28th May 1998, a day filled with pride for every Pakistani as the dream come true. Youm-e-Takbeer, is celebrated because this day brought stability to the region by deterring the aggressive designs of India.

Major question arises by having in mind the current security situation of Pakistan that why Pakistan needed to have these nukes? Since its inception, Pakistan is surrounded by national security troubles, Kashmir war 1948, historic war of 1965, East-Pakistan separation war 1971; Kargil war 1999 and border standoff of 2002 are few but major incidents with same and only enemy India which bring major changes in the history of Pakistan. It’s Pakistan nuclear achievements which continue to keep India at bay, promoting peace and stability in whole region. International community has a view that Pakistani missiles are threat to the security of other world. But while taking some steps in nuclear regimes Pakistan proved itself as a peaceful country. These missile are not a threat to anyone, we have built them to defend our country. In fact we did not start arms race in South Asia. Our missiles are jewels of our country.

Long live Pakistan!!

نادان شرارت

کلی لقمان اور کلی جہانگیر پاک افغان بارڈر پر دو پاکستانی گاؤں ہیں ۔۔ وہاں کچھ ادوزئی، سلزائی ، ملزائی گھبزائی وغیرہ قبائل رہتے ہیں ۔۔ انھیں اپنے گھروں میں جانے کے لیے بھی کئی چھوٹی بڑی چیک پوسٹوں سے گزرنا پڑتا ہے ۔ یہ لوگ انٹرنیشنل باڈر کے اس پاس رہتے ہیں ۔

کُچھ گاؤں بلکہ کُچھ گھر بھی آدھےپاکستان میں اور آدھے افغانستان میں ہیں ۔ان دیہاتیوں کو 5 مئی کو افغان فورسز کے غضب کا سامنا کرنا پڑا ۔۔ پاکستان کی طرف سے مردم شماری کا عمل باقائدہ افغانستان کو اطلاع کے بعد طے شدہ شیڈول کے مطابق ہورہا تھا تاکہ کسی قسم کا تنازعہ نہ ہو ۔۔ افغان حکام کو مردم شماری سے متعلق پیشگی معلومات بارڈر فلیگ میٹنگز کے دوران اورمردم شماری شروع ہونے سے پہلے ہاٹ لائن چمن سے افغان حکام کو اطلاع دی گئی ۔۔ 29 اپریل کو جب ایف سی کے جوان کلی جہانگیر گئے تو افغان فورسز نے انھیں روک دیا ۔۔ اس کے بعد سے مسلسل دونوں طرف سے ہاٹ لائن پر بات چلتی رہی ۔۔ مگر افغان فورسز مردم شماری میں رکاوٹ ڈالتی آرہی ہیں ۔۔ پھر افغان فورسز نے معصوم شہریوں اور مردم شماری کرنے والے فوجیوں پر فائرنگ کی اور کُچھ لوگوں کو زخمی کر دیا  جسکےنتیجے میں پاکستان کے 3 لوگ شہید بھی ہوئے  ۔ پاک فوج نے موثر جوابی کاروئی کی اور افغان فورسزکو  بھاری نقصان اٹھانا پڑا۔جس کے نتیجے میں  46 افغانی فوجی مارے گئے۔ جبکہ 100 سے زیادہ زخمی  ہوئے۔افغانستان کی اس حرکت  نے ایک بار پھر یہ ثابت کردیا کہ خطے میں بد امنی کا ذمہ دار پھر
افغانستان ہے ۔

پاکستان کئ دہایئوں سے دہشت گردی سے نمٹتاآرہا ہے ۔مو جودہ حالات میں پاکستان کو مُختلف  اطراف سے دہشت گردی کا خطرہ ہے۔جن میں بھارت اور افغانستان پیش پیش  ہیں ۔ افغانستان کے وزیراعظم کا پاکستان کا دورہ منسوخ کرنا اوراب ایرانی آرمی چیف کا پاکستان کو دھمکی آمیز پیغام اس بات کا کھلا ثبوت  ہے کہ انڈیا کی پاکستان کے خلاف حکمت عملیبھر پور جاری ہے ۔

کئی سالوں  سے پاکستان دہشت گردی کے خاتمے کیلئے دُنیا میں سب سے زیادہ کوشش کر رہا ہے ۔ یہ بات افغانستان کو سمجھنے کی ضرورت ہے کہ دہشت گردی علاقائی مسئلہ ہے ہر ملک اپنی قومی حکمت عملی کے تحت اس کے انسداد کیلئے کوششیں کررہا ہے ۔ پاکستان نے بھی دہشت گردی کے خاتمے کے لیے بہت سی قربانیاں دی ہیں ۔ پاکستان چاہتا ہے کہ افغانستان میں امن ہو خطے میں امن ہو ۔پاکستان نے ہمیشہ  افغانستان سے  برادرنہ تعلقات رکھنے کی کوشش کی  مگر اب افغانستان گزشہ چند سالوںسے انڈیا کے اشاروں پر پاکستان میں دہشتگردی کی راہ ہموار کر رہا ہے ۔ضرورت اس بات کی ہے کہ افغانستان بھارت کے شیطانی ہتھکنڈوں کو سمجھے اور اپنی زمین پاکستان کے خلاف بھارتی دہشت گردی کے لیے استعمال نہ ہونے دے ۔ کلبھوشن یادو نے بھی قبول کیا تھا کہ بھارتی خفیہ ایجنسی دہشت گردوں کو افغانستان میں تربیت دے کر پاکستان میں دہشت گردی کے لیے بھیجا جاتا ہے ۔ افغان صدر اشرف غنی کا پاکستان کا دورہ مسترد کرنا اور باڈر پر معصوم لوگوں پر فائرنگ کرنا سب ایک سوچی سمجھی سازش تھی ۔۔

افغانستان میں موجود بھارت کی انٹیلی جنس ایجنسیوں کی ان سرگرمیوں سے پتہ چلتاہے کہ بھارت افغانستان میں بیٹھ کر اپنی انٹیلی جنس ایجنسیوں کے ذریعے افغانستان کو جنگجو گروپوں کی کارروائیوں اوردہشت گردی کے واقعات سے بچانے کی کوششیں کرنے کے بجائے پاکستان کے خلاف سازشوں میں مصروف ہے اوراپنے مذموم مقاصد حاصل کرنے کے لیے خود افغانستان میں بھی لائن آف کنٹرول کی خلاف ورزی کر رہا ہے ۔۔ اور پاکستان کے صوبے بلوچستان میں لڑنے کے لیے نوجوانوں کو بھرتی کررہاہے اور افغان انٹیلی جنس ایجنسیاں بھارت کی تابع بن جانے کی وجہ سے اس عمل میں انٹیلی جنس ایجنسیوں کی معاونت کررہی ہیں۔ افغان فورسز کا مردم شماری کے عملہ پر حملہ سے صاف ظاہر ہوتا ہے کہ خطے میں کون امن چاہتا ہے اور کون بھارت کے ہاتھوں دہشت گردی پھیلا رہا ہے۔

ضرورت اس بات کی ہے کہ افغان قیادت پاکستان کی پرخلوص کوششوں کا مثبت جواب دے۔اسے اس بات کا ادراک ہونا چاہئے کہ پاکستان اس کا اہم ترین ہمسایہ ہے، کسی کے اشاروں پر پاکستان میں بد امنی پھیلا کر نہ صرف پاکستان کا نقصان کر رہا ہے بلکہ اپنا بھی نقصان کر رہا ھے۔ پاکستان کی فوج دُنیا کی بہترین فوجوں میں سے ایک ہے اور اپنے مُلک کی حفاظت کرنا جانتی ہے۔

انڈیا امن کا دشمن

اجیت دوال… پاکستان میں مسلمان بن کر سات سال تک جاسوسی کرنے والا فرد جسے مودی سرکار نے قومی سلامتی کا مشیر مقرر کیا ہے، بھارت کا پاکستان مخالف جارحانہ رویہ دیکھانے کے لیے کافی ہے.
پاکستان کے معرض وجود میں آنے سے لے کر آج تک بھارت نے پاکستان کو کبھی دل سے قبول نہیں کیا اور ہمیشہ پاکستان کو توڑنے کی کوشش کی ہے چاہے وہ بھارتی جاسوس پاکستان بھیجنے کی صورت میں ہوں یا باغی علیحدگی پسندوں کی مدد کر کے، جس کی وجہ سے ہندوستان پاکستان کے درمیان کئی جنگیں ہو چکی ہیں اور خطے کا امن و سکون اور ترقی و خوشحالی میں رکاوٹ پیدا ہو چکی ہے.
حال ہی میں بھارتی جاسوس کلبھوشن یادیو کے بعد از گرفتاری انکشافات سے اندازہ ہوتا ہے کہ بھارت پاکستان کے ہمسایہ ممالک کو استعمال کر کے پاکستان میں بدامنی اور فرقہ واریت پھیلانا چاہتا ہے. کلبھوشن یادیو بھارتی جاسوس نے ٹی وی پر پاکستان کے مختلف شہروں میں دہشت گردی اور فرقہ واریت پھیلانے اور کئی کامیاب سرگرمیوں کا اعتراف کیا ہے. شروع شروع میں تو بھارت نے کلبھوشن یادیو کو اپنا حاضر سروس فوجی افسر تو کیا بھارتی شہری ماننے سے ہی انکار کر دیا مگر پاکستانی آرمی چیف جنرل قمر جاوید باجوہ کی کلبھوشن کی پھانسی کی سزا کی توثیق کے بعد نہ صرف بھارت نے کلبھوشن کو اپنا شہری مانا بلکہ پاکستان پر الزام عائد کیا کہ کلبھوشن کو ایک تاجر تھا اور اسے ایران سے افواج پاکستان نے اغوا کیا بھارت نے پاکستان سے کلبھوشن تک سفارتی رسائی کی درخواست کی ہے مگر پاکستان کا موقف واضح اور دو ٹوک ہے کہ دہشت گرد اور جاسوسوں کو
سفارتی رسائی ممکن نہیں ہے مطلوبہ سہولت صرف اور صرف قیدیوں کے لیے ہے.

کلبھوشن کے بعد احسان اللہ احسان کی گرفتاری اور اسی طرح کے تہلکہ خیز انکشافات جس سے پاکستان میں دہشت گردی پھیلانے میں بھارت کے سرگرم کردار کی سند ملتی ہے. بلوچستان کے حالات خراب کرنے اور پاکستان چین اقتصادی راہداری کو ناکام بنانا بھارت کا اولین ہتھکنڈا تھا جس کے لیے پہلے بھارت نے ایران اور افغانستان کے ساتھ مل کر چاہ بہار بندرگاہ پر کام شروع کیا تاکہ بین الاقوامی سطح پر گوادر کے مثبت اثرات کو ختم کیا جا سکے. گوادر بندرگاہ پاک چین اقتصادی راہداری داری کا ایک منصوبہ ہے کہ جس میں سڑکوں کا ایک جال کاشغر سے لے کر گوادر تک پھیلایا جائے گا اس سے نا صرف تجارت کو فروغ ملے گا بلکہ پاکستان میں ملازمت کے نت نئے مواقع پیدا ہوں گے اور بیرونی سرمایہ کاری ہوگی مگر چاہ بہار بندرگاہ ایک چھوٹی اور کم لاگت کی بندرگاہ ہوگی جس پر نہ تو بڑے مال بردار جہاز لنگر انداز ہو سکیں گے اور نہ ہی سڑکوں سے مال آگے بھارت تک لے جایا جا سکے گا. اس لیے چاہ بہار کی عملی اہمیت نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے بین الاقوامی سطح پر اسکو پذیرائی بالکل نہیں ملی. اور اپنے اس شیطانی منصوبے میں بری طرح ناکامی کے بعد بھارت نے پاکستان میں اپنے جاسوس بھیجے جنہوں نے نہ صرف باغی علیحدگی پسندوں کو اسلحہ اور مال فراہم کیا بلکہ پاکستان میں شورش پیدا کرنے کے لیے دہشت گردی اور فرقہ وارانہ فسادات کروائے.

بھارت کی شر انگیزی سے کشمیر تک محفوظ نہیں ہے کشمیر پر غاصبانہ قبضے سے لے کر آج دن تک کشمیریوں کی تحریک آزادی کو دبانے کے لیے مسلسل فوجی طاقت کا استعمال کیا جا رہا ہے. کبھی گولی، کبھی آنسو گیس اور کبھی چھرے والی بندوقیں استعمال کر کے کشمیری نوجوانوں کی بینائی تک چھیننے کی کوشش کی جاتی ہے مگر حد تو تب ہوئی جب ہندوستانی فوج کے ایک اعلی افسر نے کشمیری مظاہرین سے بچنے کے لیے ایک کشمیری نوجوان کو فوجی گاڑی کے سامنے رسیوں سے باندھ کر انسانی ڈھال کے طور پر استعمال کیا. جس پر بین الاقوامی برادری نے بھی احتجاج کیا.
اب پوری دنیا کے سامنے بھارت کا مکروہ چہرہ بے نقاب ہو چکا ہے. بھارت خطے میں طاقت کے حصول کے لیے خطے کے امن کو تباہ کر کے اپنی اجارہ داری قائم کرنا چاہتا ہے مگر اب ایسا ممکن نہیں ہے کیونکہ پاکستان نہ صرف بھارتی جارحیت کے خلاف بین الاقوامی سطح پر آواز اٹھا رہا ہے بلکہ ہر بھارتی جارحیت کا منہ توڑ جواب بھی دے رہا ہے.
اب ضرورت اس امر کی ہے کہ جب ان گرفتار جاسوس اور اسکے پاکستانی سہولت کار سے معلومات برآمد کی جا چکی ہیں تو پاکستان کے اداروں کی ذمہ داری بنتی ہے کہ وہ ان کو قرار واقعی سزا دیں اور انکو بان عبرت بنا دیں تاکہ اگلی مرتبہ کوئی پارے وطن عزیز پاکستان کی طرف میلی آ نکھ سے دیکھنے سے پہلے سو نہیں کروڑ بار سوچے.

Baluchistan Is Pakistan: A Concrete Reality

Now days, a fabricated news roving on media especially on social websites that baloch separatists are celebrating black day to highlight the forceful accession of Baluchistan with Pakistan and are highlighting the acrostics of “Pakistan Army” in Baluchistan but the reality is a way different from the picture painted by the separatists in the world.

The regional states Kharan, Lasbela and Makran willingly agreed to join Pakistan on 30 June 1947.  Habibullah Nosherwani of Kharan and Jam of Lasbela rejected any claims by Khan of Kalat and reinforced that under no circumstances they will accept the domination of Kalat over them.  Pakistan need to clarify the Baluchistan agreement to let the public know the actual facts but no one in Pakistan is concerned about the Baluchistan agreement which are giving free hand to the RAW and separatists which are doing propaganda to destabilize Pakistan. As Pakistan is supporting Kashmir freedom movement therefore India is manipulating anti Pakistan people, networks and working with them to create insurgency in Pakistan.  Baluchistan was least developed province of Pakistan as it remained under feudal system for a long time and to maintain their strong hold feudal lords did not support education and development.

Those power hunger Baloch feudal leaders want greater autonomy, increased royalties from natural resources and provincial revenue, and an independent nation-state and such elements are the target of anti-national forces so RAW the Indian intelligence agency is using them to threaten the state in order to force the government to change the policy regarding Kashmir Issue.
When Pakistan came into being in 1947, India invaded Kashmir and landed its forces in a very state to suppress the people of Kashmir, while the people of Kashmir wanted to accession with Pakistan. Pakistan supports the freedom movement of Kashmir. Pakistan not only voice Indian force occupation over Kashmir at the international forums but also highlights the human right violations and unlawful killings of the peaceful citizens.
Now India is using separatist feudal leaders from Baluchistan to create rebellious movement in Baluchistan to pretend as if Pakistan has invaded the Baluchistan. India is using this tactic to divert the attention of international authorities from the human right violations by the Indian forces in the Kashmir to suppress the freedom movement.

Census 2017 Comes In the Limelight

Census is extremely important activity for the future of any state, because only with most accurate data of population, one can generate future planning for the development of any particular state. Unfortunately Pakistan was one of those countries which have been destitute with this activity from last 19 years. Pakistan is conducting census this year. This time census will be done with the help of Pakistan army along police department and working body of the census including government department representative for the role of enumerator.

The most encouraging and challenging thing is to conduct census in areas with conflict issues or trouble areas of Baluchistan, Sindh and tribal areas. Though Pak military and FC made huge efforts to maintain peace in these areas Pakistan army is providing assistance to govt in assisting census 2017. In all, census will be held in 15 districts of Baluchistan in the first phase starting from today in which the following districts are included Quetta, Bugti Tribal, Agency, Marri Tribal (Kohlu) Agency, Awaran, Lasbela, Musakheil, Washuk, Kharan, Kalat, Jaffarabad, Naseerabad, Pishin, Naushki and Lehri.

It was crucial for Pakistan at this stage to conduct census, since the last census that happened was 19 years ago. Given that urbanization is at its peak, an effective measure was needed to segregate people according to their age, gender and ethnicity. Military and Civil administration will eventually make it successful.

 

Culprits cannot be Leaders

Whenever history will name the traitors of Pakistan, Barahamdagh Bugti name will be among top names to come into sights. Barhumdagh Bugti, best example of conspirators, who leads his Baloch Republican Party from self-exile, is a self-claimed leader of those baloch who want separation from Pakistan and are struggling for an independent Balochistan. In 2008 he was thrown out of Jamhoori Wattan Party when his uncle Talal Bugti came to know that he has some hidden agenda of mass murders in Balochistan and for this Barhumdagh has joined hands with the hostile intelligence agencies. Talal Bugti being the elder of tribe asked him to prove his innocence and which he was unable to do and as a result of that he was kicked out of the party for joining hands with the Indian intelligence agencies. Talal Bugti told the tribal elders and people that burhamdagh had a plan of killing own people and then blaming it on state to defame the state and bring a wave of hate among baloch. His plans were leaked and Talal Bugti took a sudden action and Burhamdagh left Pakistan for Afghanistan where he stayed for some time as all of the people from Bugti tribe were after him and he feared that he will get killed by them. When he saw that he is not safe in Afghanistan, he moved to Switzerland and applied for asylum which was later rejected by the government of Switzerland.

During his self-exile he tried a lot to convince the people of his tribe to join hands with him but none agreed to that and few people from other tribes joined him and started this bloody wave of killing locals and blaming on Pakistan state. For last years and years he has been acting like a pawn in the hands of the Indian and the Afghan governments to cause turmoil in the Balochistan province. In the meantime due to investment in the province and also due to the efforts of the tribal elders the angry baloch youth started giving up weapons and came into the state circle, this was a shocking thing for Burhamdagh which made him to get some more help from Indian masters so that he reinforce his influence among his tribe which was going down by every passing day as the locals out there in Balochistan were witnessing that peace and prosperity was returning to their land. Friends of Barhumdagh also say that he is not what he apparently looks, his tribe know his reality that’s why they didn’t join him and preferred to stay as loyal citizens of the state.

Recent statements by PM Modi and Barhumdagh’s application for asylum in India shows that such things do exist between them which are creating trouble in Balochistan. He even traveled to India as well secretly. Now when he has witnessed that people are totally against him, he is trying to use media and show fake facts and figures to get sympathy of the nation and increase international pressure on Pakistan. He has been lying to his nation for so long; people know his reality that’s why none bothers about his statements. According to old close fellows, Barhumdagh always remained like a controversial personality; he never had any interest in his tribe and was always involved in controversial activities. When his tribesmen didn’t support him, he automatically started looking for more help from Indian side and started giving statements for help from Indian authorities. Such people can never stay loyal to their land and tribe as they are always in search of chance to back stab any one for their personal interests.

 

Pakistan Efforts To Root Out Terrorism

Recent statement of US Special Envoy Richard Olson has caught my attention is that “Pakistan should focus on terrorism, not Indian presence in Afghanistan”. That statement was in the reaction of Pakistan’s concerns that India was using its strong presence in Afghanistan to stir trouble in Balochistan and Afghanistan. It seems US ambassador has forgotten the role of Pakistan in war against terrorism while giving this statement.

Pakistan is amongst those countries which are being victimizing since its birth. India the main financer and creator of proxies not only in Pakistan but also other states of region e.g. Afghanistan, Nepal and Sri lanka. Proxies like TTP in FATA and BLA in Baluchistan are a clear example that Pakistan is the biggest victim of terrorism. In few statements of Ajit Doval the National Security Advisor of PM Modi has clearly mentioned that TTP can be rented for any kind of violence and also that India can do some more efforts to separate Baluchistan from Pakistan. Same like TTP there are enough evidences to proof Indian hands in terrorist’s activities in Pakistan through Afghanistan and even terrorists activities in Afghanistan.

As far as Talibanization and terrorists organizations are concerned Pakistan is amongst those countries which are most highly victimized by the hands of Terrorism whether they are so called jihadists, religious extremists and Taliban groups. There are several groups operating under the banner of Jihad and using the name of Islam to justify their brutality. Their actions are un-Islamic and against the followers of Islam because Islam is the religion of peace and its teachings are against any kind of violence. Recent incidents like drone attack on Mullah Mansoor and Torkham border issue are example that how foreign elements are damaging Pakistan.

Unfortunately, in the name of the war on terrorism, we have made more sacrifices for the stability of this region and earned less appreciation than any other countries. Apart from other loses; we have lost almost 50,000 lives. In return we are blessed with bare allegations and friendly attacks which not only undermined the stance of Pakistan in the international community, but also forced the Pakistani nation to question their concerned authorities about their policies regarding the US led war on terrorism. Knowing that taking a side would be inevitable for the stability of this region, facing the internal and external pressure was the only option that was available to Pakistan. Though the US and allies claimed to be the ultimate victor of war on terrorism in Afghanistan , since the beginning of this war the names on the most wanted list of terrorists has been increasing . Even if the US and allies state that they have uprooted AL Qaeda in Afghanistan , they have no reason to negate that Afghanistan that was the land of a handful of terrorists before 9/11 is now overloaded with terrorists or potential terrorists which are always busy attacking the border regions of Pakistan. There have been almost 26 India consulates in the border regions which are more like training camps for the terrorists. By launching successful operations like ZarbeAzb, Pakistan has proved that it might be a victim but not a supporter of terrorism. Instead of appreciation and support of big powers like US, Pakistan has continuously facing the criticism on it part. US need to realize and need to differentiate between victim and oppressor and should stop demanding “do more” to Pakistan.

Day for Pakistan

“76^th year ago, Thousands of Muslims all over the subcontinent, gather in Lahore, They had one dream, One vision and one mission. On that day the able leadership of Jinnah and other, the struggle of Pakistan has started with full force and it ended with the creation of Pakistan.”

Pakistan is not just an ordinary land but colored with the blood of thousands, who sacrifices their lives to get it independent. In the result of their sacrifices Pakistan with four shades of its provinces glistening on the world map. Unfortunately, we as nation have forgotten the aim and struggle of those thousand Muslims of 1940. In 1940, dream of a separate country was glowing in the eyes of every Muslim of subcontinent. At that time whole nation was under one same ideology base on two nation theory. Nation had decided to get separate home land from foreign powers to save their Muslim culture and identity.  In the entire Pakistan’s history, time has proven it several times that that struggle for independence was a right decision took by Muslim leaders.

In present times, our society is filled with the evils like religious extremism, sectarianism, terrorism besides self-centric politicians and non-competent leaders of Pakistan add more glumness to it. Presently, situation is different all together as the sense of unity and harmony especially religious harmony, tolerance and loyalty is going vanished with the passage of time. 23rd March is near, this day consider a day for Pakistan’s destiny, this day reminds its nation that they get this country on what biases. Nation need to think that where they were when Pakistan was made and where we are now.

Unfortunately Pakistan since its inception not awarded with good leadership. Pakistan in its political history faced martial laws, fake democratic leaders and after the phenomena of 9/11 Pakistan came under the showdown of Terrorism which made its security more vulnerable, beside that open enemy like India. At this time we all have to realize that how we get Pakistan and should must accredited the sacrifices of the great people who gave their lives for the making of Pakistan. In all this we forget our past mistakes that we did and due to them we faced so many issues, our governments didn’t keep a check and balance on the religious outfits which created a division within us and gave a chance to many foreign and local anti-state elements to do activities against our country.

We as a nation forget the struggle our ancestors have made to get independent country for us. 23^rd march 1940 was not just “Pakistan Day” but a “Day for Pakistan”. This is a day when destiny of Pakistan had written on its fate of its nation. Now Pakistan is at this stage where all the Pakistani need to think for Pakistan and its solidarity. Pakistan is currently facing hurdles from all sides. All the intuitions of Pakistan and new leadership with the help of Pak armed forces need to put their positive participation in the success of Pakistan. If Pakistanis do as people did at the time when Pakistan was established then Pakistan should achieve success in fields of progress.

Security Challenges Of Pakistan

Presently world is witnessing that national security agenda is beyond the realm of national borders and territorial aggression on any state, rather it has widened to the huge range of internal and external threats and challenges. The concept of national security evolved because of changing environment of international world. Pakistan has no exceptions to these challenges; rather Pakistan is a state which is badly captured by cons of national security challenges. Previously, Pakistan was more familiar to external threats, however internal threats were also there but with little voice as they could not consider a major threat to the state security but, Now situation is opposite from past as major threats to the national security of Pakistan emanate more from internal sources rather than external.

Effects of globalization, disintegration of economy, interdependence and pour less borders gives a new look to Pakistan national security threats. Though India continues to pose serious military challenge, but it’s considered that Pakistan is mainly chained with the evil of internal problems especially internal terrorism and terrorists organizations. It is not wrong to say that Pakistan’s immediate threat grows from within, from its internal security problems. Pakistan’s security perceptions have been largely influenced by its state of relationships with India and Afghanistan. These challenges are so interlinked that some time it is difficult to separate these challenges from each other.

Though Pakistan has adopted many policies against these nationally and internationally, but still fails to counter them fully. If we analyses the situation worldwide, whole world is witnessing some of these challenges but Pakistan’s case is different in this sense that Pakistan friends are its actual enemy. Situation in Tribal areas of Pakistan and Afghanistan is a big question mark on the face of security of Pakistan.

In this situation, when Pakistan’s forces are fighting with enemies like terrorism, India is trying to distract Pakistan and creating problems by disturbing the process of peace talks. Recent incident of Pathankot and Indian drama of blaming and threatening Pakistan has made it difficult for Pakistan to fight at two or three fronts when the military operation is also going on in different areas of Pakistan. Nevertheless, Afghanistan’s foreign occupation has brought a lot of foreign influence (especially in form of terrorist’s organization) in the region but especially in Pakistan.

Tough Pakistan has strong domestic and foreign policy but still lacking in the implementation of those policies on both levels. Although from last year, Pakistan has been practicing National action Plan against terrorists and criminals throughout the country, but unfortunately, Pakistan is suffering with the problem of poor governance of government institutions, Pakistan do make policies against every challenge but lacks the ability of imposing and implanting that policy. In this regard the role of Pakistan Army is highly appreciable that it is the military which took steps and trying hard to bring Pakistan out of these all challenges. At this situation, not only government and military institutes are responsible but being a peace loving and progressive nation, it is duty of every citizen to play its role on his/her part.

افغانستان کا دشمن کون؟

امریکن سیکٹری ڈ یفنس  چیک ہیگل  کہتے ہیں کہ  “انڈیا  نے  ہمشہ افغانستان کو بطور “سیکنڈ فرنٹ ”   استعمال کیا ہے۔  اس بات میں کوئی شک نہیں کہ انڈیا نے ہمشہ  افغانستان کو خطے میں اپنے مفادات کی تکمیل کے لئے استعمال کیا  ہے۔کبھی افغانستان میں   دہشتگردوں کی معاشی  مدد کر کے اور کبھی عالمی دنیا میں

               .افغان دہشتگردی کے حوالے سے پاکستان  کو بدنام کر کے-

پاکستان اور افغانستان کے تعلقات شروع سے ہی متضاد مفادات کا شکار رہے ہیں۔بظاہر تو دونوں ممالک   اچھے تعلقات میں نظر آتے  ہیں لیکن
افغانستان نے ہمیشہ سیاسی طورپر دونوں ممالک   کے علاقائی مفادات کو نقصان پہنچایا ہے۔ ہمیشہ سےافغانستان حقیقت پسندی کے عالمی رجحان پر چلتے ہوئے اپنے ہمسایہ ملک پاکستان کے لیے بہت سے مسائل پیدا کرتا رہا ہے کبھی   امریکہ کی سیاسی اور ریجنل پراکسی کی حکمت عملی کی پیروری کر کے اور کبھی بھارت سے  مدد   اور بھارت کی  حمایت کر کے  خطے  میں  بد امنی کا سبب بنتا  رہا  ہے۔

اب افغانستان کے لیے یہ  بات سمجھنا ضروری ہے کہ بھارت ابھی بھی وہی کرنا چا رہا ہے جو  وہ   ماضی میں افغان حکمرانوں کے ساتھ کر چکا ہے۔ تب سے لے کر  بھارت ہمشہ افغانستان کے لیے    ظاہری  طور پر  ایک دوست کی طرح متصور ہوتا ہے جو دراصل افغانستان کو  اپنے مفادات کے لیے   استعمال کر رہا  ہے۔ بھارت کے حا لیہ وزیر اعظم      نریندر مودی  کا بدنام زمانہ چانکیہ کی    پالیسی کو مانتے  ہو ئے کہنا ہے کہ” اگر اپنے دشمن (پاکستان) سے بدلہ لینا چاہتے ہیں تو سب سے پہلے اسکو اسکے دوستوں سے الگ تھلگ کرو”۔  نریندر مودی  یہی پالیسی پاکستان اور چین پر   افغان سرزمین  کو بطور  پراکسی لینڈ استعمال کرتے ہوئے کر رہا ہے ۔  ۔ بھارت افغانستان میں دہشت گردوں کی پشت پنا ہی   کر کے پاکستان اور   افغانستان کے اچھے  تعلقات کو کاٹ رہا ہے۔ افغانستان میں استحکام پاکستان میں استحکام کی طرف جاتا ہے جو  بھارت کے  مفادات میں نہیں  ہے۔

اگر ہم تاریخ کا جائزہ لیں تو  یہ  بات   واضح ہوتی ہے  کہ پاکستان کی حمایت تو اس کے  معرص  وجود میں آنے کے بعد  سے ہی   افغانستان کے ساتھ ہے۔ افغانستان کو ماضی میں بہت سے مسائل کا سامنا کرنا پڑا اور اب بھی سامنا ہے۔ پاکستان نے ہمیشہ ان  مسائل سے چھٹکارا حاصل کرنے میں افغانستان کی بہت مدد کی ہے ۔ پاکستان نے   افغانستان میں ایک جمہوری حکومت قائم کرنے کے لئے اور مغربی سرحدکومحفوظ کر نے کے لیے   مثبت اقدامات کیے۔  ان کوششوں میں چاہے وہ    افغانستان کے لیے ترقیا تی   کام ہوں یا   افغانستان کی  فوج کی تربیت،   پاکستان آرمی کی کوششیں سر فہرست  رہی ہیں۔ افغانستان کو اس وقت   دشمن   اور دوست میں فرق سجھنے کی ضرورت  ہے ۔
